A Petition is asking for Admin support.
(It allows us to fix your problems when your not present in game)
*DO NOT spam petitions, only submit a petition if your having an issue you cannot fix*
Here is a list of things petitions should be used for:
-Notifying us that you want to buy a house or land
-Reporting rule breaking or unruly players
-Reporting a greifed building or area
-Reporting an illegal mine/ building
-Reporting a player hacking or glitching
-Asking a question that is NOT answered on the FORUMS
-Asking help for cleaning up a water/lava spill, etc....
-Asking for help with commands (such as for WorldGuard or iConomy)
-Reporting anything that is "broken" with our mods / plugins.
To open a new petition type:
/pe open (then type your request or complaint)
Remember:
Give us a little bit of time to answer your petition. If your petition goes unanswered please tell an Admin about it and we'll tell you what happened.
